Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods on qg333 is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Transactions below these limits cannot be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals on qg333 are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, bank verification or additional security reviews may take somewhat longer. Contact the support team if you have an urgent need.
3.4 Transaction Verification
qg333 reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of every transaction. Additional verification may be requested for suspicious or unusual transactions. Transactions suspected of money laundering or fraud will be cancelled immediately and the associated account will be suspended.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members on qg333 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or a deposit of ৳34,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳54,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
4.3 Bonus Abuse Policy
If qg333 finds evidence of bonus abuse by a member (bonus bleeding, arbitrage betting, or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts), it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings. Each bonus applies to one user, one device, and one IP address only.
4.4 VIP & Cashback Program
qg333's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The maximum weekly cashback rates are as follows:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular activity and participation on the platform.
4.5 Right to Modify Promotions
qg333 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any existing bonus or promotional offer at any time. The terms of new offers will be communicated separately where applicable.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play

Account Closure & Breach of Terms

- Legal or regulatory reasons
9.3 Balance of a Closed Account
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, and there is evidence of bonus abuse, the associated bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited. However, the legitimate original deposit will generally be returned, unless it was part of fraudulent activity.
